Synopsis
A Diary from A Trip To West Berlin is a comedy about a group of employees of a Polish farming association who take a bus trip from Poland to West Berlin to do Christmas shopping. The story is set in the last days before the Martial Law was introduced in Poland in December 1981, a time when the Polish political and economic crisis reached its absolute peak. 11-year-old boy, Irek, the youngest trip participant, tells us about himself, his parents, and about the absurdities of that time.
